Gloria is an alert and oriented senior woman who resides with her family in their two-story home. Gloria has a positive attitude and a strong support system.
Gloria ambulates slowly but independently. Standby assistance is provided for safety and balance during ambulation and personal care tasks. Due to arthritis in her knees and back, her level of assistance needed may vary from day to day. Gloria requires assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and transportation to appointments.
Services are provided daily with a flexible schedule to support Gloria in maintaining safety, comfort, and independence at home.
Provide assistance with personal care tasks as needed. Client is able to participate in care and may complete tasks independently. Provide hands-on assistance, setup, or supervision based on the client's needs and preferences.
Assist with personal hygiene as needed. Allow client to perform tasks independently when able. Provide assistance or cueing when required.
Assist with dressing as needed. Encourage client participation. Provide support for safety or sequencing when necessary.

Complete laundry as needed.
Provide medication reminders and oversight as needed. Client is able to self-administer medications.
Assist with shopping as needed.
Provide transportation as needed for errands or appointments.
Assist with managing finances as requested by the client.
