Required Federal Posters

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping, and child labor standards.

Key Right: You must be paid at least minimum wage and overtime (1.5x) for hours over 40 per week.

OSHA Job Safety & Health

Your right to a safe workplace free from recognized hazards.

Key Right: You can report unsafe conditions without fear of retaliation.

Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
